Same road. Same ZIP code. Two names built on the word "releaf," a short drive apart on MD-26, so it only takes one wrong tap in a map app to send you to the wrong parking lot.
Search results blur them too. Our Eldersburg store page shows up in searches for "elevated releaf," and plenty of people type it as "Elevated Relief," which muddies things further. Nobody did anything wrong. The names are just close.

You can find both on the Maryland Cannabis Administration's dispensary locator, the official list of licensed shops in the state. On that list, our Eldersburg location shows up as "Rooted, a collaboration with Releaf Shop," which is one more reason people get tangled up.
Start with the house number. Ours is 1337, close to where Sykesville Road (MD-32) crosses Liberty. The 25 Liberty Rd. address sits further west on the same road.

We started in Baltimore. The original store is at 1114 Cathedral Street in Mount Vernon, and you can browse it on the Baltimore menu or read the longer story on our about page.
Eldersburg came next, as a collaboration with Rooted. That is why our signs say ReLeaf Shop × Rooted and why the state lists the location under the Rooted name. It is still one shop with one menu and one phone line, and it uses the same rewards program you'd use in the city.
Each of our stores keeps its own menu, so a product you spotted online for the city store isn't automatically sitting on the shelf here, and a quick look at what's in stock before you drive can save you a wasted trip.
Adults 21 and older can shop the adult-use menu, and registered Maryland medical patients are welcome too. Parking in the lot is free. Sykesville is about 7 minutes away, Randallstown about 10, and Westminster or Mount Airy about 20, while Baltimore City runs roughly 25 minutes out Liberty Road depending on how the Beltway is moving.

That puts it toward the western end of Eldersburg's stretch of Liberty Road, west of our store near the Sykesville Road intersection. Check its site for current hours before you go.

They don't. Rewards points from ReLeaf work only at our two stores, 1114 Cathedral St in Baltimore and 1337 Liberty Rd in Eldersburg, and points from either one go into a single balance. A different company runs that store, so ask its staff directly about any loyalty program they offer.
