The brand launched in Maryland in June 2021 with more than 15 flower strains, and the lineup has since filled out with hand-trimmed Reserve flower, infused pre-rolls, live resin vapes and live concentrates made from fresh-frozen plants.

Maryland has stayed a priority market: TerrAscend reached the state's dispensary cap with its Apothecarium stores ahead of adult-use launch, and its Frederick operation now also produces Legend and the Maryland run of Tyson 2.0.
