Any government-issued photo ID works for adult-use: driver's license, state ID, passport. Out-of-state IDs are fine.
Per transaction: up to 1.5 oz of flower, 12 g of concentrate, or 750 mg of THC in edibles and other products.
Maryland charges a 12% sales tax on recreational purchases (up from 9% in July 2025). Registered medical patients pay no sales tax.
Private property only. No smoking in public, in a vehicle, or anywhere tobacco is banned. Keep products sealed while you drive, and never drive high.
